The role

Two jobs in one. You need to be good at both.

We're hiring a Delivery Director to own the success of our customer implementations end to end.

The first job is commercial. You'll own the account relationships after the sale: keeping stakeholders close, spotting where we can do more for them, and making sure the people who signed feel like they made the right call.

The second is delivery. You'll be hands-on and accountable for whether what we ship actually solves the customer's problem, not just whether it went live on time. That distinction matters to us. It's the difference between a project that closed and a customer whose life genuinely got easier.

You'll be the person we hold responsible when delivery goes well, and the person figuring out why when it doesn't. This is a hands-on role: we're hiring someone who does the work, not someone who manages it from a distance.

What you'll do

Own it from kickoff to renewal.

  • ·Own commercial relationships across your accounts, from kickoff through renewal and expansion.
  • ·Lead implementations directly and stay close enough to the work to know whether it's landing.
  • ·Judge delivery by customer outcomes, not just completion, and push back internally when the two don't match.
  • ·Work closely with our CEO and the wider GTM team to feed what you learn on the ground back into how we sell and build.
What we're looking for

Legal domain knowledge isn't a nice-to-have. It's the job.

  • ·5+ years in legal delivery, legal ops, or legal tech implementation.
  • ·A track record of being accountable for delivery outcomes, not just involved in them.
  • ·Real commercial instinct: you can hold a client relationship and see the opportunities in it.
  • ·Technically fluent: comfortable getting hands-on in the product, credible talking through an AI implementation, and able to judge whether a build actually fits the customer. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can't be someone who hands off at the technical line.
  • ·Willing to travel to customers when it counts.
Nice to have

Not required, but they help.

  • ·Experience implementing software into in-house legal or legal ops teams.
  • ·A network in legal tech or legal delivery you can bring with you.
