Product/Record

A single record of every contract. Kept current by agents.

Agents file every contract at signature and keep the record current under human supervision. You ask in plain language in Teams, Slack or email, and the agent answers.

01 · How it works

Four steps. No filing, no data entry, no new database.

An agent connects to your e-signature tools and reads each contract the moment it is executed. It extracts the terms that matter, a person confirms them, and from then on you ask in plain language from Teams, Slack or email.

02 · Why you can trust it

One record you can trust.

Ask the agent and get the answer back, filtered to what you are allowed to see. Dashboards show the estate as it is right now, not a report someone exported last quarter. And because agents do the maintaining, you pay for answers, not seats.

Early sight of duplication. The agent sees the whole relationship, so duplicate paper is caught before it is drafted.
03 · Run for you

You don't build it. You don't maintain it.

Flank has always built autonomous agents that take legal work off your team entirely. Record points those same agents at the one thing every legal team still maintains by hand: the record itself.

The operating model

No data-entry project, no drift. Agents build the record from the contracts you sign and keep it current as work flows through, checked by a supervisor. No one has to log in: ask in Teams, Slack or email and the answer comes back filtered to what your role can see.

FAQ

No. Flank Record is not a new CLM, and it is not an assistant bolted onto a document store. Agents build it from your executed contracts and keep it current under human supervision. There is no CLM interface for your team to run.
We do it for you, free of charge. Flank exports the contracts and metadata in your current system, ingests the executed documents into Record, and validates the extracted terms during the structuring pass. Nothing is rebuilt on your side, and you can run both in parallel until you are ready to switch the old tool off.
No one has to. Your team asks in Teams, Slack or email, or in the Record app, and an agent answers, filtered to what their role can see. The interface is there when you want to look, and admins can browse the record directly.
The metadata comes from the executed contract at signature, not from manual data entry, and a human supervisor confirms it before it becomes part of the record. It is accurate by construction.
Yes. Ask the record in plain language: which contracts expire this month, or whether an MSA already exists with a counterparty. Because the record is accurate and current, duplication and risk surface early, not after the fact.
Yes. Record is a standalone product, and it is stronger alongside Flank's agents, the same agents that already run contract work for enterprise legal teams. Every review, negotiation and signature they handle keeps the record current automatically.
Flank sets it up and runs it. Expect roughly three months of upfront ingestion and structuring of your back catalogue, then Record runs in parallel with the work already in flight, supervised throughout. You do not build it and you do not maintain it.
